Part-time day position (5 hours per week) teaching GED at EASTCONN's satellite programs throughout the region.

The successful candidate will assist in developing curriculum, teach in a positive and supportive manner, have an understanding of the CCRS, have the ability to differentiate instruction, integrate technology, and be a team player. The successful applicant must possess the ability to relate positively to a multiracial, multicultural, and multilevel group of participants. He/she must be able to engage the students in meaningful instruction. 

 

Prior experience teaching GED and flexibility to work at multiple sites is preferred.  

Bachelor's Degree in education or related field, and certified or certifiable in CT Adult Education (#107).
